I am a commercially focused HR professional with over 30 years’ experience helping businesses grow through their people. My career spans well-loved consumer brands, technology businesses, and premium drinks companies, where I worked at board and senior leadership level to shape strategy, lead change, and build high-performing, engaged teams.
